Recruitment Specialist/Assistant: 

The basic executor of the human resources team, responsible for the specific operations of the entire recruitment process, including developing recruitment plans based on business department needs, posting job information through multiple channels, screening resumes, arranging and coordinating interviews, as well as providing job offers and following up on onboarding. This position typically requires excellent communication and organizational coordination skills, the ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks, and analyze recruitment data and results to continuously optimize recruitment strategies. Excellent recruitment specialists are the guarantee for talent input in the company and are crucial for business development.

HR Business Partner (HRBP): 

This position plays a strategic role that is closer to the business. They need to delve into the business department, understand its strategy and pain points, and provide integrated human resources solutions to support business development. HRBP's work involves multiple aspects such as talent management, performance management, employee relations, and corporate culture building. They serve as a communication bridge between management and employees, committed to enhancing team cohesion and organizational effectiveness. This position typically requires strong business sensitivity, excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, as well as years of experience in human resources related work.

International Recruitment Specialist: 

This position is mainly responsible for talent search and recruitment in the company's overseas business areas, dealing with challenges in cross-cultural recruitment and ensuring that the recruitment process complies with local laws, regulations, and cultural customs. This position usually requires candidates to be able to use English or other specific languages as the working language, possess excellent cross-cultural communication skills and understanding of multiculturalism, and be able to attract and select suitable international talents through various methods such as overseas recruitment channels and social media.

Data analyst:

Responsible for using professional tools to process and clean data, utilizing statistical models and machine learning algorithms to uncover business insights behind the data, and transforming complex analysis results into easily understandable visual reports through charts and other means, providing strong data support for consulting teams and client decision-making. The ideal candidate should be proficient in at least one data analysis tool or programming language such as Python, SQL, etc., and have a solid foundation in statistics. At the same time, they should have a strong sensitivity and curiosity towards data.

Customer Relationship Manager:

This position is an important bridge between the company and customers, focusing on achieving customer success and long-term cooperation. During the tenure of this position, I was responsible for coordinating internal resources, ensuring smooth project delivery, and continuously tracking customer satisfaction to enhance customer loyalty.
